The 11/28/98 entry from my Spiritual Journal is from my first attempt at my own written communication with Spirit (God, Jesus & the Angels). It contains some tips on how to communicate more clearly and easily which you may find helpful. Before writing I always begin with a prayer for protection and guidance, and I recommend that highly. For those of you interested in this kind of communication with Spirit, I recommend Dr. Doreen Virtue's book Divine Guidance. You may also find it helpful to use one of my Daily Prayers to open to divine guidance if that appeals to you. Spiritual Journal Entry, 11/28/98Dear God, Jesus and the Angels, What is it that you would have me know? (Jesus and the angels) First, we would have you know how much we love you, Little One. We have waited a long time to come to you this way--to speak to your heart, your mind and your soul. Thank you for this opening. You are learning to hear us more clearly. Have faith in that ability. It is your ego which would have you doubt what you hear. We are here. Trust in us. Trust in yourself. Love is the light that will show you the way. We are always near and will answer the questions you ask of us. Remember, if you are not certain where the answers are coming from then ask again, out loud, and feel the energy of the answer that comes to you. If you feel confused, that may be your ego's interference. Relax and let go. Then ask again and listen for the answer. It may come in a myriad of ways--through a voice, a song, a book, or a word spoken by someone else. Do not doubt that your answer will come. And with it will come a feeling of clarity and of love. We know that you desire this communication. (Jesus) Always remember what I have said, "Lo, I am with you always, even unto the ends of the earth." Know this, my Little One, you can and do hear my voice often. There is much that I want to tell you. And know this, you are worthy. You are on a path that will bring much joy to the world...in your own way...in your own time. That time is drawing closer. All that you are experienceing is a preparation for what is to come. Have patience, Little One. It will all be revealed. This is only the beginning of a future you do not yet envision. Everything is happening perfectly, one day at a time. (Jesus and the angels) We are happy to work with you in his manner. You may ask us anything, and we will guide you surely along the path of your choosing. We are your cheerleaders, your coaches and your friends. We delight in the journey together. Spiritual Journal Entry, 2/2/99Dear God, Jesus and the Angels, What is it that you would have me know? We welcome you, Dear One. Know that we are always here, speaking to you in your heart. Just let go of your doubts and hear our voice. Sometimes you strive too hard. That is not necessary. Just let the conversation flow. We talk to you often, and you sense that. Just continue to be open and trust that you will hear us, for we wish to talk with you as much as you wish to hear our guidance. This would help in our communication--just relax and let it come. Every day, every moment, we are with you. We hear the longing of your heart, and we are here to guide you. However, the choice must be yours. Invite our guidance, then choose what you will. I pray that I may fulfill my mission in this life...that I may do what is in the highest good for all people everywhere. Please help me to do that. Every day, in every way, we are here to assist you. You are fulfilling your mission. More clarity will come in time. You are being prepared. And you are already living on purpose--planting seeds, lifting the energy and the thoughts of those you encounter, reminding others of their own spirit and mission. This is what you are to do now. We know you desire to connect with others who have similar interests in things spiritual. Trust that there will be a growing number of such encounters--each an exchange of seeds. Appreciate each one, each opportunity. Bless each one, then let go, and 'let grow.' Do you have a "thought for the day" for me? Space is not the same thing as emptiness. (I believe this was in response to a mental concern I had about my upcoming 'empty' business schedule. It helped me to realize that I had created space in my schedule for other things.) |
